Ideal Vacation Rentals has been structured to put prospective renters in touch with property owners in a quick easy manner.  There is no charge for searching the site and we do not take commissions from the owners of the vacation rentals.  All communications are between you and the owner of the property that you are interested in renting. 

Rent directly from a property owner and you will more than likely experience your "Ideal Vacation" for the following reasons:

1. Renting from an owner provides you with a pleasant "home away from home" and usually includes kitchen facilities, which gives you the choice of eating out or in.

4. Quite often there is a private pool in the complex or on the grounds of the owner's property.  This means that you usually don't have to worry about not finding a chair at the pool.

5. Owners usually have a Guest Book where renters record their experiences.  This can provide you with a wealth of information about local attractions, restaurants and activities.

6. Owners usually take extra special care of their property because of "pride of ownership" and usually are readily available to fix any problems you may encounter during your stay.

7. Owners often correspond with renters and create an atmosphere of trust, before, during and after the rental period.

8. Owners usually offer properties with rates and amenities far superior to other rental accommodations.
